Kombucha has such a unique flavor that it lends itself perfectly as a base for mocktails. I was really inspired by the subtle floral notes of Petal Potion and the lightly sweet back that the pomegranate brings. I imagined creating a summer elixer that built on that solid flavor profile while adding a unique body of sweet, tart and sour notes. I wanted to keep it simple and fun to make; something that could be whipped up in just a few minutes and served over ice by glass or pitcher. I know you’ll find the Pomegranate Blossom mocktail perfectly refreshing on any hot summer day.
First you will need to snag a bottle of Maha Kombucha Petal Potion… or two or three. A lemon, you favorite pomegranate juice and some local honey. To make the honey syrup, combine honey and an equal volume of warm water, stir until combined. To keep all the health benefits of the honey we don’t recommend using boiling water.

Squeeze those lemons with love and measure the other ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Close the lid and shake, shake, shake. Pop the top and pour over ice into your favorite glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Pomegranate Blossom Maha Mocktail Recipe:
2 ounces Petal Potion kombucha*
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
3/4 ounce honey syrup
Garnish with a lemon
We suggest serving it tall on the rocks, but don’t forget a pitcher of this refreshing nectar for your next party.
*Pro Tip – Multiply the recipe x8 to use a whole bottle of Petal Potion.
